Ogni guidatore deve presentare la sua patente di guida (cat. B in corso di validità).
Il cliente viene accompagnato nella prova di guida da un tutor della locatrice che lo assiste durante il noleggio.
- Di essere in possesso di patente valida per guidare l’autovettura.
- Di non utilizzare l’autoveicolo oggetto di noleggio sotto l’effetto di alcool, droghe o farmaci che possono inibire l’attenzione alla guida.
- Di rispettare le norme del codice della strada assumendosi tutte le responsabilità civili, penali ed amministrative per il caso di accertata violazione, incluse eventuali multe.
- Di seguire attentamente le indicazioni fornite per la guida della vettura. In caso contrario il tutor può interrompere la guida in ogni momento, senza rimborso.
- Che nell’ipotesi in cui il Cliente e/o i suoi eventuali passeggeri (escluso il tutor) dovessero recare danni di qualsivoglia genere alla vettura, il Cliente sarà ritenuto responsabile degli stessi e sarà tenuto al pagamento nei confronti di Tuscany Vip Service Snc di Campai Massimo e C. a titolo di risarcimento danni fino alla misura massima di € 5.000,00 (cinquemila/00).
- Di autorizzare la Tuscany Vip Service Snc di Campai Massimo e C. a provvedere autonomamente all’addebito di qualsiasi importo di propria competenza sulle proprie carte di credito. Qualora l’addebito sulle carte di credito non fosse possibile, il Cliente si impegna a risarcire immediatamente la Tuscany Vip Service snc di Campai Massimo e C. dietro semplice richiesta.
- Di autorizzare Tuscany Vip Service snc di Campai Massimo e C. al trattamento dei propri dai personali ai sensi dell’art. 13 del DL 30.06.2003, n. 196 e dell’art. 13 del GDPR (Regolamento UE 2016/679).

Every driver must present their valid driving license (cat. B in progress).
The customer is accompanied in the test drive by a tutor from the rental company who assists him during the rental.
- To be in possession of a valid license to drive the car.
- Not to use the rented vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications that can inhibit attention while driving.
- To respect the rules of the road code, assuming all civil, criminal and administrative responsibilities for any confirmed violation, including possible fines.
- To follow carefully the instructions provided for driving the car. Otherwise, the tutor can interrupt the drive at any time, without reimbursement.
- That in the event the customer and/or his possible passengers (excluding the tutor) should cause any kind of damage to the car, the customer will be held responsible for the same and will be obliged to pay to Tuscany Vip Service Snc of Campai Massimo and C. by way of compensation for damages up to the maximum amount of € 5,000.00 (five thousand/00).
- To authorize Tuscany Vip Service Snc of Campai Massimo and C. to independently charge any amount of its competence on their credit cards. If the charge on the credit card is not possible, the customer agrees to immediately compensate Tuscany Vip Service snc of Campai Massimo and C. upon simple request.
- To authorize Tuscany Vip Service snc of Campai Massimo and C. to process personal data in accordance with art. 13 of DL 30.06.2003, n. 196 and art. 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
